World Mental Health Day Raffle

We’ve organised a raffle for World Mental Health Day with every penny going to Mind Cambridge. The draw will take place at our fundraiser at The Grapes on Friday 10 October 2025.

We’ve received some amazing donations from creative family and friends of The Fine Line Project! And Mind Cambridge have been collecting prizes too. Here’s what you could win so far…

Freshest first, a romantic bouquet created by the wildly creative Rosie and The Flowers. We’re hoping that Rosie will be at the event at The Grapes where her bouquet will be the centrepiece on our table of prizes.

Rosie and the Flowers will create a bespoke bouquet for the Mind Cambridge World Mental Health Day Benefit

She should (fingers crossed!) still have fresh flowers in her cutting garden by Friday, but if not, she’ll donate a dried flower arrangement.

Other local goodies come in the shape of two pots of delicious small batch honey from the bees in the stunning gardens at Fen Ditton Gallery. Thank you Lotte, Hannah and the bees.

A brand new little Kate Spade cat bag, labels attached, comes courtesy of a Mind Cambridge shop donation.

Malcolm Appleby MBE, the celebrated goldsmith and hand engraver has donated a trio of little die-stamped silver pendants, to be won separately, each with a few postcards depicting some of the artist’s original designs.

There will be more food in a hamper put together from Mind Cambridge donations, together with extra bottles of cheer, donated by Mind staff, volunteers and customers.

More deliciousness with a £15 voucher from Mind Cambridge’s friend and neighbour, Giovanni’s Pizzeria in Burleigh Street.

There are other prizes too numerous to mention (1000 piece jigsaws anyone?) and new ones being dropped off at the Mind Cambridge shop daily.

Thanking all our donors and all ticket buyers for your generosity. Every penny from the raffle and from ticket donations on the night goes to support mental health services in the local area.

Raffle tickets will be available from tomorrow, 8/10/25 at the Mind Cambridge shop, and from Wednesday evening onwards at The Grapes. There’ll be plenty on sale on the night too.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there for a fabulous night of music, dancing, and good vibes.

Anyone spotted our flyers across the city? Post and tag Mind Cambridge on social media if you do, thanks for sharing!

Thanks Timi for this donation, held back from last year’s fundraiser, a heart-shaped Himalayan salt lamp – what’s not to love?
