We’re delighted to announce that Mr Griff has decided to donate 50% of proceeds from his new track, Dawn’s on Parade, highlighted in our previous post, to Mind, the national charity.
Dawn’s on Parade is such an emotive and immensely touching song, with the most gentle, enveloping melody, and it’s bound to resonate deep in hearts and soul.
We’ve been fortunate enough to hear this beautiful song live twice, so far… Once at a Cambridge community event in Station Square, and earlier this week at Cambridge Radio’s benefit at the Blue Moon, where Mr Griff, aka Ian Griffith, performed solo.
The track will get it’s first public airing tonight on another great local station, Ouse Valley Radio’s Spotlight – listen out between 7 and 8pm.
It will be then be launched on Mr Griff’s website on the 1st October.

All proceeds from the fundraiser, which will also feature local singer songwriter and pianist Angie Collins, go directly to Mind Cambridge in Burleigh Street and will fund local mental health services.
